Daisy's Closet (ABN 23 693 446 912) is a unique online fashion experience providing clothing designed for busy women / who crave a go-to effortless, everyday style through the website.
The following Terms of Sale (Online Shopping), our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of our online shop and the supply of items ordered via our website.
By placing your order for products from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Online Shopping Terms and Conditions.

PURCHASING OUR CLOTHING
You may buy products from Daisy's Closet by navigating our website's online catalogue and shopping cart.
To purchase products via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

PRICES
All prices are in Australian dollars.
Prices include Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST).
All prices exclude delivery charges, customs duty, and other taxes.
GST will be applied to all purchases delivered within Australia regardless of the purchaser's location.
All prices are subject to change without notice.

SPECIAL OFFERS
Daisy's Closet may provide special offers from time to time.
At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice.
If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to products you ordered in good faith under these Terms before the special offer was terminated.

PAYMENT
The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) will be deducted from your chosen payment method upon completing your order.
We accept payment by PayPal, After Pay, Zip Pay and credit card.
We do not retain or store credit card details.
Store credits

Store credits are valid for three (3) years from the date of receipt and are available on our entire product range in-store and online.

Redeemable online gift vouchers may be purchased online and are valid for 3 years unless purchased during special promotions.

Where an online gift voucher is for a special promotion, the voucher's validity is for the promotion's term or the period prescribed within the promotion terms.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery address

You must enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.

If your goods are returned because an incorrect address was provided, you will be required to pay shipping costs to the correct address before the release of your item/s.
Delivery timeframes

Most items will be posted within 4-5 business days of receiving cleared funds.

If you purchase over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will receive your payment on the next business day and ship within 4-5 business days.
Free shipping

Daisy's Closet offers free shipping on all orders within Australia above $130.
Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within Australia via Australia Post is offered for $10.00 on all items, and delivery is between 4-5 days.
Express Shipping

Express shipping via Australia Post is available for a flat fee of $15.00, and delivery takes 2-3 days, depending on location. If you are located outside of a metropolitan area (e.g. Rural or outer suburban areas), please allow an additional 2 business days for delivery times.

You are responsible for informing us promptly if an order does not arrive by emailing customercare@daisysclosetfashion.com.

You can choose a different delivery address than your billing address.
International shipping

For delivery in New Zealand, the shipping fee is $15.00.

For other countries, the shipping fee is $25.00.

RETURNS POLICY
Refunds
1. Eligibility
Full-Priced Items Only: Refunds are valid for full-priced items only. Items that have been purchased using a discount code or are part of the "Last Chance" sale are not eligible for refunds. This includes the use of the mailing list sign up discount code, any store wide sales, bundle discount and any influencer discount codes.
Timeframe: Items must be returned and arrive within 14 days of the dispatch date to be eligible for a refund.
Condition: The item must be returned in their original condition, including all tags attached. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund. Customer name and order number needs to be included with any return.
Customer Responsibility: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Daisy's Closet Fashion does not cover return shipping costs.
2. Processing
Refund Method: Once the returned item is received and inspected, and if deemed to be in original condition, the refund will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Store Credit
1. Eligibility
Full-Priced and Discounted Items: Store credit is available for full-priced items and orders where a discount code was applied, any store wide sales or bundle discount. Items from the "Last Chance" sale are excluded.

Condition: The item must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for store credit.
Customer Responsibility: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. Daisy's Closet Fashion does not cover return shipping costs.
2. Processing
Store Credit Issuance: Once the returned item is received and deemed to be in original condition, your store credit will be emailed to the email address used at the time of purchase.
Validity: Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Exchanges
1. Eligibility
Full-Priced and Discounted Items: Exchanges are valid for full-priced items and orders where a discount code was applied, any store wide sales or bundle discount. Items from the "Last Chance" sale are excluded.
Timeframe: Items must be returned and arrive within 30 days of the dispatch date and in their original condition, including all tags attached, unworn and unwashed
Condition: The item must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached, unworn and unwashed. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for an exchange.
Customer Responsibility: The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping for the exchange item is also the responsibility of the customer and will be charged at the time of processing the return/exchange. Daisy's Closet Fashion does not cover return shipping costs.
2. Processing
Instant Exchanges: Instant exchanges are available for eligible items. Upon lodgement of the return/exchange a credit card is required to secure the new item. New item will be shipped within 1-3 days. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the exchange will be finalised. Once approved the credit hold will be released.
Daisy’s Closet does not hold customer credit card details outside an exchange.
If item does not arrive within 30 days of the dispatch date of the original order and in their original condition, including all tags attached, unworn and unwashed the return will be rejected and the credit card will be charged and the customer will be notified.
Bonus Gift Card: As a bonus, customers who opt for an instant exchange will receive a $10 gift card, which will be issued along with the exchanged item.
Additional Conditions
Original Condition Requirement: All returned items, whether for refunds, store credit, or exchanges, must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Daisy's Closet Fashion reserves the right to refuse a return, exchange, or refund if the item does not meet these criteria.
Storewide Sales: In the instance of a storewide sale (example, EOFY) refunds will not be available. Only store credits or an exchange will be available for purchases made during those sales. Please see above the process for all store credits or exchanges.
Bundle + Save: Any purchases made in conjunction with the Bundle + Save will only be eligible for store credits or an exchange. Please see above the process for all store credits or exchanges.
Multiple Returns: In the instance where an item that has been exchanged or purchased with a store credit is returned, refunds will not be eligible.
International orders: All orders purchased by customers outside of Australia, including New Zealand, will not be eligible for a refund. Any orders for international customers, including New Zealand will only be eligible for an exchange or a store credit. Please see above the process for all store credits or exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items for Hygiene Reasons: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Earrings: All earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty.
- Hats: Headwear, such as hats, is considered a personal item and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless defective.
- Belts: Belts and similar accessories that come into direct contact with the body are not eligible for return or exchange, unless there is a fault in the product.
Address for the return of items
Please seal and return your item using appropriate protective postage satchels and ensure you use the Australia Post trackable label. Please post items to:

Daisy's Closet does not accept responsibility for items posted to us by you.
Please ensure all requested information is contained within the parcel so we can confirm the purchaser's identity.
Postage fees responsibility and reimbursement
Daisy's Closet will reimburse you for the costs of return postage where an item is faulty, or there is an error on our side (e.g. Incorrect order) using standard Australian Post service.
If you change your mind, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or store credit for a future purchase; however, you will be liable for return postage fees.
Please choose your item carefully, as there is no refund for change-of-mind purchases.
Faulty Garments
Daisy's Closet reserves the right to inspect and assess the condition of returned merchandise worn before processing a refund or exchange.
Items not cleaned per the cleaning/washing instructions are not considered faulty. They are not accepted for refund or exchange.
We will happily provide a full refund and reimburse you for the cost of return shipping via standard Australia Post where the item is deemed to have a genuine manufacturers fault or defect under the following conditions:
You must notify Daisy's Closet immediately upon noticing any defects or faults AND within 7 days of receiving the order and provide your name, order number and details of the defects or faults and a photo if possible.
Items, the subject of a refund request, once received by Daisy's Closet, will be examined for faults or defects. You will receive a notification from us about whether we agree that the items are faulty within 48 hours of the receipt of items by us.
If deemed faulty by Daisy's Closet, a replacement item will be shipped where possible (subject to stock availability), or a refund will be issued.
Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the day the return arrives at Daisy's Closet premises.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the products replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
You may also be entitled to remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law if any services supplied by us to you fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where we refund you the amount of your order as provided in your Agreement with us (less any amount you have agreed we may deduct, as described in these terms and conditions, you agree such refund is the total amount of our liability to you for all circumstances relating to the refund.

PRODUCT CARE
We do our best to quality check all our garments, and we recommend you follow all the care instructions as listed below:

Due to the nature of some fabrics composed for their specific item's qualities and fit, this can sometimes include shrinkage, colour fading and other outcomes.

We advise gentle hand washing of all Daisy's Closet items using cool water and a delicate detergent.

These items are not to be placed in the dryer.

EXCUSING EVENTS
You acknowledge and agree that we are excused from supplying our products, services, and other obligations and will not be responsible for any delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
We will endeavour to notify you of any delay and its expected duration.
If we are prevented from performing our obligations for longer than a reasonable time, we may elect to cancel your order and issue you a credit in the amount paid for the order without further liability to you.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, set out the entire Agreement between you and us and supersede all prior communications.

ALTERATIONS
We may alter these Terms from time to time by posting the altered version on our website.
You should visit the website regularly to keep up to date with any alterations.
In the case of an alteration, the altered Terms only apply to products ordered via the website after the alteration takes effect.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Should a dispute arise between us, we strongly encourage you to contact Daisy's Closet at hello@daisysclosetfashion.com to seek a resolution.
Any reasonable requests will be considered, and Daisy's Closet will attempt to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.
By proceeding with your purchase, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms of your purchase under this Agreement.
