Returns Policy Updates

We've been chatting, and listening to you, and one of the things that we get asked about a lot is our Returns Policy, and that we don't offer refunds.

 

For May 2024, we will be trialing refunds as an option.

 

From today, if you made a purchase on the website and it was dispatched up to 14 days ago and wish to return for a refund you can. Anything outside of this will not be refunded, or if you've already submitted via our previous policy.

 

Let us explain your new options.

 

Valid for full-priced items, where no discount has been applied. 

Must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.

Item is returned at customers expense.

Once item is received, and is deemed in original condition the refund will be applied via the same way you purchased.

 

Valid on full-priced items and orders that used a discount code. Excludes last chance sale items.

Must be returned within 30 days of dispatch.

Item is returned at customers expense.

Once item is received, and deemed in original condition, your store credit will be emailed to you.

Your store credit is valid for 3 years.

 

EXCHANGES
Valid on full-priced items and orders that used a discount code. Excludes last chance sale items.
Must be returned within 30 days of dispatch, and in their original condition.
Item is returned and exchanged at customers expense.
